摘要
介绍了油箱钢带应变测点的选择原则和应力测点的布置,对油箱钢带进行应力试验,在不同的工况下对油箱钢带上的应力测点的试验结果进行分析。利用ABAQUS软件建立了油箱钢带的有限元模型,计算并分析了油箱钢带所受的应力和变形情况。通过试验和有限元计算结果对比说明该模型的分析结果可靠,油箱钢带满足强度和刚度的设计要求。
This paper introduces the selection principle of strain measuring points and the arrangement of stress measuring points for oil tank steel strip,carries out stress test for oil tank steel strip,analyses the test results of stress measuring points on oil tank steel strip under different working conditions,and establishes the finite element model of oil tank steel strip by using ABAQUS software,calculates and analyses the stress and deformation of oil tank steel strip.Comparing the test results with the finite element results,it is proved that the analysis results of the model are reliable,and the steel strip of the tank meets the design requirements of strength and stiffness.
