摘要
目的探究在医学影像技术专业MRI检查技术实习带教中应用PBL教学法的效果,为临床提供指导。方法随机将2017年1月—2018年6月来我院实习的120名医学影像技术专业MRI检查技术实习生分为观察组[60例,应用PBL(以问题为基础)教学法]、对照组(60例,应用传统带教法)。对比两组实习生的专业知识成绩、设备操作成绩、综合阅片分析能力成绩、认可程度评分及满意度。结果观察组实习生的专业知识成绩、设备操作成绩、综合阅片分析能力成绩、认可程度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组实习生满意度(93.33%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对医学影像技术专业MRI检查技术实习生实施PBL教学法的教学效果更佳,更有助于实习生掌握相关知识,满意度更高。
Objective To explore the effect of applying PBL teaching method in MRI examination technology practice teaching of medical imaging technology, and provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods 120 interns of medical imaging technology from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases, using PBL(problem-based) teaching method) and control group(60 cases, using traditional teaching method). The professional knowledge, equipment operation, comprehensive reading and analysis ability, recognition and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of professional knowledge, equipment operation, comprehensive reading and analysis ability and recognition degree of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of interns in the observation group(93.33%) was higher than that in the control group(75.00%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The practice of PBL teaching method for MRI examination technology interns in medical imaging technology is better, and it helps interns to acquire relevant knowledge and higher satisfaction.
