摘要
2014年国家教育部等六部门联合印发了《关于医教协同深化临床医学人才培养改革的意见》,要求把临床医学专业学位研究生的培养纳入住院医师规范化培训体系中,从而实现"四证合一"。在国家医教协同等政策的导向下,越来越多的医学本科生倾向于报考和攻读专业学位硕士研究生,从而导致仅有少部分医学本科生甚至个别专业没有人选择学术型硕士研究生报考。笔者所在的单位是三级甲等综合性医院,对于三级甲等综合性医院来说,既要重视临床更要重视科研成果,急需学术型硕士研究生。文章通过分析医院目前在培养临床医学学术型硕士研究生中遇到的问题,着手提出针对性的建议。
In 2014, the Ministry of Education and other six departments jointly issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Training and Reform of Clinical Medical Talents in Medical Education", which required that the training of clinical medicine graduate students should be included in the standardized training system for resident doctors, so as to achieve "four certificates". Under the guidance of the National medical education association and other policies, more and more medical undergraduates tend to apply for and study for professional master’s degree, which results in that only a small number of medical undergraduates and even individual majors who do not choose academic postgraduates to apply. The unit where the author works is a three-level A comprehensive hospital. For a three-level A comprehensive hospital, it is necessary to attach importance to clinical research results and urgently need academic postgraduate students. The paper analyzes the current problems encountered by hospitals in training clinical medical of academic postgraduates and puts forward some suggestions.
