超声清创联合智能负压创伤疗法治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨超声清创联合智能负压创伤疗法治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床研究。方法 选择从2018 年1 月至2019 年1 月收治的60 例糖尿病足溃疡患者纳入本次研究工作,按照随机数字表法将其划分为两组,命名为研究组、对照组,各30 例。对照组患者接受超声清创治疗,研究组患者接受超声清创联合智能负压创伤疗法治疗。比较分析两组治疗前后的细菌定量、经皮氧分压、创面血流灌注量,以及溃疡创面愈合总有效率。结果 研究组患者的溃疡创面愈合总有效率显著高于对照组患者(96.67%比80.00%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);研究组患者治疗前的细菌定量[(6 233.10±762.50)cfu/cm2]、经皮氧分压[(34.50±6.25)mmHg]及创面血流灌注量[(0.78±0.15)PU]与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);研究组患者治疗后的细菌定量[(1 320.25±221.10)cfu/cm2]显著低于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);研究组患者治疗后的经皮氧分压[(54.85±9.05)mmHg]及创面血流灌注量[(0.95±0.25)PU]均显著高于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 糖尿病足溃疡应用超声清创联合智能负压创伤疗法治疗的效果确切。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound debridement combined with intelligent negative pressure trauma therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer treated at our hospital from January, 2018 to January, 2019 were included into this study, and were divided into a research group and a control group according to random number table method, 30 cases for each group. The control group took ultrasound debridement, while the study group took ultrasound debridement and intelligent negative pressure trauma therapy. The bacterial quantification, percutaneous partial pressure of oxygen, blood perfusion of wound, and the total effective rate of ulcer wound healing were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of ulcer wound healing was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (96.67% vs. 80.00%, P < 0.05). There were no statistical differences in bacterial quantification, percutaneous partial pressure of oxygen, and blood perfusion between the study group and the control group before the treatment (all P > 0.05). After the treatment, the quantity of bacteria, partial pressure of oxygen, and blood perfusion were (1 320.25 ±221.10) cfu/cm2,(54.85±9.05) mmHg, and (0.95 ±0.25) PU in the study group, which were significantly better than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound debridement combined with intelligent negative pressure trauma therapy is effective for diabetic foot ulcer.
