摘要
采用草酸和柠檬酸的混合溶液对6061铝合金阳极氧化。研究了温度、阳极电流密度和电解液组成对氧化膜着色后耐蚀性的影响,得到较佳的工艺条件为:草酸75g/L,柠檬酸40g/L,阳极电流密度5A/dm^2,温度40°C。在该条件下阳极氧化30min所得氧化膜厚约17.42μm,表面微孔(孔径约为40nm)分布均匀,能被均匀地染上明亮而鲜艳的蓝色。着色后的氧化膜能够耐中性盐雾腐蚀432h。
6061 aluminum alloy was anodized in a solution composed of oxalic acid and citric acid. The effects of temperature, current density, and electrolyte composition on the corrosion resistance of the colored anodic oxide film were studied. The optimal conditions were determined as follows: oxalic acid 75 g/L, citric acid 40 g/L, current density 5 A/dm^2, and temperature 40℃. The anodic oxide film obtained thereunder for 30 min had a thickness of 17.42 μm and a surface with uniformly distributed micropores ca.40 nm in diameter, and was able to be colored evenly in brightly blue. The colored anodic oxide film was able to endure the neutral salt spray corrosion for 423 hours.
