摘要
目的研究妇产科临床带教中问题式教学的应用效果。方法随机抽取该院2017年6—9月收入的180名临床妇产科实习生,随机分为参照组和实验组,各90名。参照组采用传统教学干预,实验组采用问题教学干预。观察两种方法的教学效果。结果①实验组学习积极性(97.78%),参照组学习积极性(74.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②实验组护理不安全事件发生率(1.11%),参照组护理不安全事件发生率(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③实验组理论知识评分、实践能力评分、科研能力评分、组织管理能力评分与参照组相比要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科临床带教中问题式教学的应用效果显著,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To study the application effect of problem-based teaching in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 180 clinical obstetrics and gynecology interns from June 2017 to September 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, 90 cases each. The reference group used traditional teaching intervention, and the experimental group used problem teaching intervention. Observe the teaching effect of the two methods. Results(1)The enthusiasm of the experimental group(97.78%) and the enthusiasm of the reference group(74.44%) were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of unsafe care events in the experimental group(1.11%), the incidence of unsafe care events in the reference group(16.67%), statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The experimental group’s theoretical knowledge score, practical ability score, scientific research ability score, and organizational management ability score were higher than the reference group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of problem-based teaching in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology is significant and has high clinical promotion value.
