摘要
目的探讨导致小儿遗尿症发生的相关因素,为本病临床防治提供依据参考。方法以2013年1月—2018年6月为时限,方便择取该院儿科126例遗尿症患儿为实验组,另择取同期126名健康体检小儿为对照组,收集两组人口学、既往史、家族史等临床资料并进行回顾性分析,归纳总结导致小儿遗尿症的影响因素。结果统计数据显示,实验组患儿夜间排尿≥3次12.70%、家族遗尿史37.30%、交感神经兴奋低下46.03%、不良心理状态8.73%、排尿训练不当17.46%、先天隐性脊柱裂15.08%,与对照组差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.579,6.851,7.967,3.042,4.882,4.318;P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析示,家族遗尿史、交感神经兴奋低下、排尿训练不当、先天隐性脊柱裂是小儿遗尿症独立影响因素(OR=4.690,OR=1.564,OR=2.725,OR=2.952,OR=5.462)。结论导致小儿遗尿症的原因众多,临床诊断时应综合多因素考虑,准确把握病因,更好地为临床治疗提供指导。
Objective To explore the related factors leading to enuresis in children, and to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of enuresis. Methods From January 2013 to June 2018,126 children with enuresis in pediatrics department of our hospital were convenient selected as the experimental group and 126 healthy children as the control group.The clinical data of demography, past history and family history of the two groups were collected and retrospectively analyzed, and the influencing factors of enuresis in children were summarized. Results Statistics showed that children in the experimental group had diarrhea ≥ 3 times at 12.70%, family enuresis at 37.30%, sympathetic nerve instability at 46.03%, adverse psychological state at 8.73%, urinary training at 17.46%, and congenital recessive spina bifida at 15.08%. The control group was statistically different (χ^2=3.579, 6.851, 7.967, 3.042, 4.882, 4.318;P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that family enuresis history,low sympathetic excitability,inappropriate urination training,congenital recessive spina bifida were independent influencing factors of enuresis in children (OR=4.690,OR=1.564, OR=2.725,OR=2.952,OR=5.462). Conclusion There are many causes leading to enuresis in children.We should consider many factors in clinical diagnosis, grasp the cause accurately,and provide better guidance for clinical treatment.
