摘要
风险评估对保障农产品质量安全具有重要意义。本文介绍了影响农产品质量安全的风险因素,并阐述了风险评估的定义、步骤、发展现状,在此基础上对农产品质量安全风险评估工作提出相关建议,以期为促进农产品质量安全工作良好发展提供参考。
Risk assessment is of great significance to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products.This paper introduced the risk factors that affected the quality and safety of agricultural products,and the definition,steps and development status of risk assessment were also described;on the basis,relevant suggestions were proposed for the risk assessment of quality and safety of agricultural products,in order to promote better development of quality and safety of agricultural products.
