摘要
液压铣削深搅防渗墙施工技术是目前国内最先进的平原水库截渗施工技术之一。本文以黄水东调应急工程试验段施工为例,阐述了在复杂地质条件下的施工工艺,以及"槽段搭接宽度、水泥掺量、浆液水灰比、钻进及提升速度、单位供浆量、钻进和提升过程中水泥用量比例"等防渗墙施工参数的选定过程,以期为类似工程提供施工依据和借鉴参考。
Hydraulic milling deep penetration diaphragm wall is the most advanced construction technology in the domestic plain reservoir currently. Test section construction of Yellow River Water Eastward Diversion Emergency Project is adopted as an example in the paper. The construction technology under complex geological condition as well as the selection process of construction parameters of cut-off wall, such as “width of groove lap joint, cement content, slurry water-cement ratio, drilling and hoisting speed, unit slurry supply, proportion of cement content in drilling and hoisting process” are described, thereby providing construction basis and reference for similar projects.
