摘要
市场反馈某SUV使用过程中发生前摆臂与副车架前点安装螺栓脱落,导致驱动轴脱出,给车辆行驶安全带来极大的风险。本文通过对副车架、前摆臂及螺栓的尺寸,配合公差设计及衬套滚齿设计等方便进行校核,并通过理论计算副车架和前摆臂前点装配面位移与力矩衰减关系。分析结果表明,副车架夹口的平面度和平行度不合格、螺栓质量是影响该处螺栓力矩衰退的关键因素;通过对副车架的生产工艺的优化,选择质量较好的B品牌螺栓,并经过路试考核验证后,螺栓力矩衰退情况符合设计要求,解决了该处因螺栓力矩衰退,驱动轴脱出,影响车辆行驶安全的风险。
According to automotive aftermarket the front point of bolts between the frontlower arm and the subframe dropping out in SUV,it caused the drive shaft to come out and driving-safety.In this paper,the size ofclip of subframe,the size of bolts between the front lower arm and subframe,the size of front lower arm,fit tolerance and gear hobbing of bushing are checking.And the relationship between assembly surface displacement and torque attenuation is theoretically calculated.The result shows that the flatness and parallelism of the subframe clamps are unqualified and the bolt quality is the main factor affecting the decline of bolt torque.Through the optimization of the production process of the auxiliary frame,B brand bolts with better quality are selected,and the result of road test and verification shows that the bolt torque declineconform to the design requirements,which solves the risk of driving shaft coming out and affects thedriving-safety.
