吸入异氟烷与腹腔注射水合氯醛对大鼠骨癌痛模型建立的影响比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较骨癌痛模型造模过程中使用吸入麻醉剂异氟烷以及腹腔注射麻醉剂水合氯醛对癌痛模型造成的影响。方法 50只240~250 g左右的健康SD大鼠随机分成两组,每组25只。异氟烷组大鼠使用麻醉箱诱导麻醉后,使用面罩维持4%异氟烷及2 L/min氧气混合吸入麻醉。水合氯醛组大鼠采用10%的新鲜配置的水合氯醛按照0. 3 m L/100 g的标准进行腹腔注射麻醉,麻醉后两组大鼠都实行胫骨骨癌模型手术,术中每隔3 min为1个时间点监测心率、氧合分压、呼吸频率及体温。术后放入37℃温箱麻醉复苏,术后两周观测大鼠存活以及模型成功情况。结果异氟烷组在麻醉诱导及麻醉清醒时间明显短于水合氯醛组(P <0. 01)。在1~15 min内,异氟烷组与水合氯醛组在呼吸频率、体温、血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),在T5时间点水合氯醛组大鼠心率低于异氟烷组大鼠,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。异氟烷组骨癌痛模型的造模成功率比水合氯醛组高(P <0. 05)。结论异氟烷麻醉具有安全、可靠、效率高的优点,能够为骨癌痛模型的操作提供可靠麻醉保障。 Objective To compare the effects of inhaled isoflurane and intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate on the bong cancer pain model in rats. Methods Fifty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into Groups A and B( Group A-Isoflurane group,Group B-Chloral hydrate group). The rats in Group A and B received isoflurane inhale anesthesia and intraperitoneal anesthesia with chloral hydrate,respectively. After anesthesia,rats received sacral bone cancer model surgery. The heart rate,oxygenation partial pressure,respiratory rate,and body temperature were monitored every 3 minutes during the operation were recorded. Results Isoflurane group was Significantly shorter anesthesia induction and anesthesia awake time were observed in Group A than Group B( P < 0. 01). Within the first 15 min,there was no significant difference in the respiratory rate,body temperature or oxygen saturation between the 2 groups( P > 0. 05),but the heart rate was significantly less in Group B than Group A( P < 0. 05). The success rate of the bone cancer pain model was significantly higher in Group A than Group B. Conclusions Isoflurane anesthesia has the advantages in safety,reliability and high efficiency,and can provide reliable anesthesia for the operation of the bone cancer pain model in rats.
