摘要
为了有效提升岩巷的单进水平,本文以25011工作面为试验巷道,详细分析了巷道层、作业方式、掘进设备等因素对岩巷快速掘进的具体影响,并针对性的指出了气腿式凿岩机+耙斗装载机+胶带输送机作业线的优化方案。通过优化改进后,煤矿开采施工工序明显减少,且节省了施工时间,降低了施工成本,25011工作面掘进得到了每月160米的效果,提高了企业的经济与社会效益。
In order to effectively improve the single entry level of rock roadways, this paper takes 25011 working face as the test roadway, analyzes the concrete influence of roadway layer, operation mode, tunneling equipment and other factors on the rapid tunneling of rock roadways in detail, and targeted points out the optimization scheme of the operation line of air-leg rock drill plus rake loader plus belt conveyor. After optimization and improvement, the construction process of coal mining is obviously reduced, the construction time is saved, and the construction cost is reduced. The 25011 face tunneling has achieved 160 meters per month, improving the economic and social benefits of the enterprise.
