摘要
目的探讨分析糖尿病合并心血管病的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年12月—2018年6月期间该院收治的糖尿病合并心血管病患者60例,依据数字表法随机分为对照组和研究组,均为30例。研究组给予综合治疗,对照组实施常规治疗,比较两组患者的血糖控制效果及并发心血管疾病情况。结果经治疗后,研究组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等指标均明显优于对照组。研究组组经治疗后并发心血管病的比例为16.67%,对照组为53.33%。结论糖尿病合并心血管病的临床治疗效果显著,能够使得患者的病情得到有效缓解,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of diabetes mellitus complicated with cardiovascular disease. Methods Sixty patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cardiovascular disease admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the digital table method, all of which were 30 cases. The study group was given comprehensive treatment, and the control group was given routine treatment. The blood glucose control effect and cardiovascular disease were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial 2 h blood glucose (2 hPBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in the study group were significantly better than the control group. The proportion of patients with cardiovascular disease after treatment was 16.67% in the study group and 53.33% in the control group. Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of diabetes mellitus combined with cardiovascular disease is significant, which can effectively alleviate the patient's condition and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
