含三端柔性环网装置的交直流混合配电网分层控制策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 与传统交流配电网相比,交直流混合配电网优化运行技术的研究在控制策略、优化调度等方面面临巨大挑战;作为电力电子器件的柔性环网装置可以灵活调控系统功率,优化系统运行,具有广泛的应用前景。针对上述研究,搭建了含三端柔性环网装置的交直流混合配电网网架结构,并详细分析了三端柔性环网装置的工作原理。立足于全局优化的角度,提出了一种分层控制策略:正常运行时,优化调度层以配电网有功损耗最小建立优化模型,通过潮流计算为下层控制器传输优化指令;故障情况下,本地层柔性环网装置根据故障状态的不同,快速切换控制方式,以保证电网稳定运行。Matlab/Simulink仿真结果验证了该控制策略的有效性,仿真结果表明:该分层控制策略结合了优化调度与本地控制的优点,在各种工况下均能有效优化系统运行,提高了配电网供电可靠性。 Compared with the traditional AC distribution network,the optimal operation technology of AC/DC hybrid distribution network faces great challenges in control strategy and optimization scheduling.However,flexible loop network controller,as a power electronic device,can flexibly regulate system power and optimize system operation,thus having a wide range of application prospects.In view of the above research,this paper built an AC/DC hybrid grid structure with a three-terminal flexible loop network controller,and analyzed the working principle of the controller in detail.This paper proposed a hierarchical control strategy from the perspective of global optimization.At normal operation,the optimization scheduling layer establishes an optimization model with the aim of minimizing network active losses,and transmits optimization instruction to the lower controller through power flow calculation.When at fault,the flexible loop network controller at local layer will quickly switch control modes according to the fault state,so as to ensure the stable operation of grid.Matlab/Simulink verified the effectiveness of this control strategy and showed that this hierarchical control strategy,combining the advantages of optimization scheduling and local control,effectively optimizes system operation under various operating conditions and improves the reliability of power distribution network.
