摘要 以往电气设备故障检测所采用的信号处理方法为提取信号特征进行故障检测,无法实现故障的区域检测,缺乏故障等级的有效判断,检测结果具有检测准确度低、结果不稳定的缺点。因此,提出基于红外成像技术的电气设备故障检测方法,其通过红外摄像仪检测电气设备红外图像的温度值后,以灰度图像替代红外图像获得阈值的强度信息矩阵,提取电气设备红外图像的灰度值。根据温度与灰度的映射关系,采用相对温差法对红外图像高温区域进行提取。基于电气设备红外图像高温区域,进行故障区域面积与故障区域质心的计算,获得红外图像的故障区域特征,通过灰度和温度的对应关系,反推电气设备故障区域质心的温度,运用绝对温差法确定电气设备故障等级。实验结果说明:所提方法具有较高的检测准确度和稳定性。 The signal processing method used in the fault detection of electrical equipment in the past cannot realize the fault area detection by extracting the signal characteristics for fault detection,and lacks the effective judgment of the fault grade. The detection results are unstable with low detection accuracy. Therefore,a fault detection method of electrical equipment based on infrared imaging technology is proposed in this paper. After detecting the temperature value of infrared image of electrical equipment by infrared camera,the intensity information matrix of threshold value is obtained by replacing infrared image with gray image. The gray value of infrared image of electrical equipment is extracted. According to the mapping relationship between temperature and gray level,the relative temperature difference method is used to extract the high temperature region of infrared image. Based on the high temperature region of the infrared image of electrical equipment,the fault area and the center of mass of the fault area are calculated,and the characteristics of the fault region of the infrared image are obtained. The temperature of the center of mass in the fault area of the electrical equipment is pushed back through the corresponding relationship between gray and temperature. The method of absolute temperature difference is used to determine the failure grade of electrical equipment. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high detection accuracy and stability.
