摘要
目的:探索医联体内医师合理有序流动,实现医师人力资源共享,提高医联体运营效率。方法:对海南省8家医院的执业医师随机抽样进行问卷调查。结果:医师对多点执业认可度较高,工作繁忙、卫生人事制度、医疗风险担当机制、法律法规不够完善等因素是阻碍医师开展多点执业的主要原因。结论:加快医疗联合体体系建设,引导患者有序就医,完善相关法律法规,构建责任承担体系,引入商业保险模式,促进医师合理有序流动和人才共享。
Objective By exploring the rational and orderly flow of physicians in the medical consortium,to promote the sharing of physicians’ human resources and improve the operating efficiency of the medical consortium. Methods Medical practitioners from 8 hospitals in the Hainan province were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. Results Doctors’ high recognition of multi-site practice,physicians have higher recognition to multi-site practice,busy work,health personnel system,healthcare risk sharing system and inadequate existing laws and regulations are the main reasons of hinder doctors from carrying out multi-site practice. Conclusion Speed up the construction of the medical consortium system,guide patients to seek medical treatment in an orderly manner,improve relevant laws and regulations,build a responsibility bearing system,and introduce commercial insurance mode,promote the rational and orderly flow of physicians and the sharing of talents.
