Lewis y抗原与CD 147在卵巢上皮性浆液性肿瘤中的表达及其相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨Lewis y抗原及CD 147在卵巢上皮性浆液性肿瘤中的表达及相关性。方法选择2000~2010年中国医科大学附属盛京医院的30例卵巢上皮性浆液性囊腺癌(高分化9例,中分化10例,低分化11例)、20例上皮性交界性浆液性囊腺瘤、20例上皮性浆液性囊腺瘤及20例正常卵巢组织。采用免疫组织化学法检测各组样本中Lewis y抗原、CD 147的表达;分析二者表达与卵巢癌患者病理参数之间的关系;同时采用免疫荧光双标法检测上述两种蛋白与卵巢上皮性浆液性肿瘤的关系。结果 Lewis y抗原的阳性表达方面,卵巢上皮性浆液性囊腺癌(90.00%)明显高于交界性浆液性囊腺瘤(60.00%)、浆液性囊腺瘤(35.00%)、及正常卵巢组(0)(P<0.05);Lewis y抗原的阳性表达率与卵巢癌临床病理参数间未发现明显的相关性(P>0.05)。CD 147在卵巢上皮性浆液性囊腺癌组织的阳性表达率(86.67%)高于交界性浆液性囊腺瘤(55.00%)、浆液性囊腺瘤(35.00%)以及正常卵巢组(5.00%)(P<0.05),但其阳性表达率与卵巢癌临床病理参数无关(P>0.05)。Lewis y抗原和CD 147在卵巢上皮性浆液性囊腺癌组织中同时高表达,且其表达具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Lewis y抗原与CD 147在卵巢上皮性浆液性囊腺癌中呈现明显阳性表达,且两者表达呈正相关,可能与卵巢上皮性浆液性肿瘤的发生、发展相关。 Objective To detect the expression and correlation of Lewis y antigen and CD 147 in ovarian epithelial serous tumors.Methods 30 cases of ovarian epithelial serous cystadenocarcinoma(9 cases of high differentiation,10 cases of middle differentiation,11 cases of low differentiation),20 cases of epithelial borderline serous cystadenoma,20 cases of epithelial serous cystadenoma and 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues were included in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from year 2000 to 2010.Immunohistochemistry(IHC)was used to detect the expression of Lewis y antigen and CD 147 in each group.The relationship between the expression of Lewis y antigen and CD 147 and pathological parameters of ovarian carcinoma was analyzed.At the same time,the relationship between the two factors and ovarian epithelial serous tumors was detected by immunofluorescence(IF)double staining.Results The positive rate of Lewis y antigen in ovarian epithelial serous cystadenocarcinoma(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of borderline serous cystadenoma(60.00%),serous cystadenoma(35.00%)and normal ovarian tissues(0)(P<0.05);Its expression was not significantly associated with clinic parameters(P>0.05).The positive rate of CD 147 in epithelial serous cystadenocarcinoma(86.67%)was higher than that of borderline serous cystadenoma(55.00%),serous cystadenoma(35.00%)and normal ovarian tissues(5.00%)(P<0.05),but the positive rate was not related to the clinic parameters(P>0.05).Lewis y antigen and CD 147 were both highly expressed in ovarian epithelial serous cystadenocarcinoma and positively related(P<0.05).Conclusion Lewis y antigen and CD 147 were positively expressed in ovarian epithelial serous cystadenocarcinoma,and their expression was positively correlated,which may be related to the occurrence and development of ovarian epithelial serous tumor.
