摘要
为了对紧急切断阀过流切断性能进行高精度、高效率校验,采用三维软件进行夹具设计,传感器进行数据采集,PLC实现控制功能,上位机界面显示实时曲线,设计了一套过流切断性能校验系统。实验与应用证明,使用该校验系统校验紧急切断阀,其校验方法简单便捷,校验精度、校验效率明显提高。所述的校验测试系统在特种设备校验中具有重大的实际意义,值得深入推广和研究。
In order to check the performance of emergency shutoff valve with high precision and high efficiency, the three-dimensional software is used for fixture design, the sensor performs data acquisition, the PLC realizes the control function, and the upper computer interface displays the real-time curve. A set of checking system for the performance of emergency shutoff valve is designed. Experiments and applications show that the calibration method is simple and convenient, and the calibration accuracy and efficiency are obviously improved.The described calibration test system is of great practical significance in the calibration of special equipment,and is worthy of further promotion and research.
