全自动立体书架式车库系统的设计

摘要 为解决停车难,以及现有立体车库管理混乱、结构复杂等问题,设计了一种基于丝杆传动的全自动立体书架式车库系统。系统采用丝杆滑台配合传输平台运作以实现车辆的存取,大幅简化结构,提高运行效率且方便改造搬运。本系统利用LabVIEW软件开发上位机管理界面,可对车库进行存取操作并实时显示车库状态;由Arduino单片机通过模型预测控制算法控制丝杆滑台实现存/取车传输平台在二维平面内的准确定位;由STC89C52R单片机结合光电传感器检测,控制传送带以实现车辆的自动存/取。该车库系统结构简单,停取方便,充分利用了车库的有限空间,使停车管理更加智能化,具有良好的应用前景。 In order to solve the problems of parking difficulty, as well as the existing three-dimensional garage management chaos and complicated structure, a fully automatic three-dimensional bookframe garage system based on screw drive is designed. The system adopts the screw slideway to cooperate with the transmission platform to realize vehicle parking and pickup, which greatly simplifies the structure, improves the operation efficiency and facilitates transportation. This system uses Lab VIEW software to develop the upper computer management interface, which can access the garage and display garage status in real time. By using the model predictive control algorithm, the Arduino MCU controls the screw slideway to realize the accurate positioning of the storage/removal transmission platform in the two-dimensional plane. The STC89 C52 R MCU combines the photoelectric sensor detection to control the conveyor belt to realize automatic storage/removal of the vehicle. This garage system is simple in structure and convenient in stopping, and fully utilizes the limited space of the garage, which makes the parking management more intelligent and has a good application prospect.
