摘要
[目的]探讨功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia.FD)患者生活方式对其生活质量的影响。[方法]选取90例FD患者及90例健康者进行生活方式问卷调查及SF-36生活质量评定,并对结果进行分析。[结果]Logistic回归分析显示:进食生冷食物频率≥3次/周、进食甜食频率≥3次/周、进食辛辣刺激食物频率≥3次/周、失眠次数≥3次/周可能是FD患病的危险因素;饮食规律、每周体育活动时间≥4h可能是FD患病的保护因素。FD组患者8个健康概念上的生活质量评分及另一项健康指标HT的评分均分别明显低于健康组.差异有统计学意义。[结论]不规律的进食、进食生冷食物频率≥3次/周、进食甜食频率≥3次/周、进食辛辣刺激食物频率≥3次/周、每周体育活动时间<4 h、每周失眠次数≥3次是FD的危险因素。
[Objective ]To analyze the impact of life style on the life quality in functional dyspepsia( FD) patients.[Methods]A questionnaire study including the lifestyle and the 36-MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)was conducted in 90 FD patients and 90 healthy volunteers. All the scales were compared and analyzed.[Results] Logistic regression analysis showed that related risk factors included: eating cold food frequency ≥3 times a week, eating sweet food frequency ≥3 times a week, eating spicy stimulation food frequency ≥3 times a week, insomnia frequency ≥3 times a week. The protective factors of FD included physical activity time hours a week and eating regularly. Eight health conceptions and the Health Transition( Hl')in the health-related quality of life in patients with FD were significantly lower than that in the healthy group.[Conclusion] Eating cold food frequency ≥3 times a week. eating sweet food frequency ≥3 times a week, eating spicy stimulation food frequency 23 times a week.insomnia frequency ≥3 times a week<.physical activity timeV4 hours a week and irregular diet may be the predisposing causes of FD, which has significant effects on ther quality of life. The preventive measures should be taken.
