摘要
使用普通连接式电能发射线圈为电动汽车进行无线供电,存在连接处互感显著下降的问题,提出了一种多阶梯形相嵌式的无线电能发射线圈结构,并结合理论分析得到线圈的规格参数。基于COMSOL Multiphysics平台进行仿真分析,结果表明:能量获取线圈在经过发射线圈导轨切换处时,线圈互感值波动≤6%。该设计能有效解决感应耦合电能传输(ICPT)无线供电电动汽车在充电过程中遇到的互感急剧下降问题。
When the ordinary connected power transmitting coil is used to wirelessly supply power for electric vehicles,there is a problem that the mutual inductance of the joint is significantly reduced.A multi-stepped and phase-embedded wireless energy transmitting coil structure is proposed,and the specification parameters of the coil are obtained by the theoretical analysis.The simulation analysis based on the COMSOL Multiphysics platform shows that the variation of the mutual inductance of the energy acquisition coil is less than or equal to 6%when it is switched through the transmitting coil guide.This design can effectively solve the problem of sharp drop in mutual inductance encountered in the charging process of wirelessly powered electric vehicles with inductively coupled power transfer(ICPT).
