摘要
眼表疾病的发病机制复杂多样,其中角结膜细胞外基质(ECM)代谢失衡是其发病的重要原因之一。转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)/Smads作为调控ECM产生、转归及代谢平衡的主要信号通路,参与了本病的发生发展。本文将主要从该通路与眼表疾病的关系方面做一综述,以期为眼表疾病的治疗提供新的依据。
The pathogenesis of ocular surface diseases is complex and diverse, among which the imbalance of ECM is one of the important causes. Transforming growth factor -β1 (TGF-β1)/Smads is involved in the development of the disease as a major signaling pathway regulating the production, outcome and metabolic balance of ECM. The relationship between this pathway and ocular surface diseases will be reviewed in this paper, which will provide a new basis for the treatment of ocular surface diseases.
