摘要
为快速分析固化降温过程中混合药型内孔燃烧药柱的结构完整性,首先介绍了药柱结构完整性的快速评估方法,然后基于该评估方法应用C#语言开发了药柱结构完整性评估操作界面,并使用该界面对某混合药型内孔燃烧药柱进行了分析,得到药柱等效模量和危险位置的等效应力、等效应变的变化情况,最后与基于线粘弹性本构模型的有限元仿真结果进行对比。结果表明,评估结果与仿真结果吻合很好,误差小于6%,且大大节省了计算时间,基于该操作界面可实现实际混合药型内孔燃烧药柱的快速分析。
In order to rapidly analyze the structural integrity of mixed propellant and internal bore burning grain during cooling process after curing,a rapid assessment method of the structural integrity of propellant grain is introduced first.And then based on the assessment method,the evaluation operation interface for the structure integrity of propellant grain is developed by using the C language.In the evaluation interface a mixed propellant and internal bore burning grain is analyzed and the equivalent modulus of the grain and the equivalent stress of the dangerous position are obtained.Finally,the results are compared with the finite element simulation results based on the linear viscoelastic constitutive model.It is proven that they are in good agreement and the error is less than 6%and the calculation time is saved as well.The developed operation interface can be applied to rapid analysis on the structural integrity analysis of mixed propellant and internal bore burning grain.
