摘要
为提高配电网故障处理能力,提出继电保护与配电自动化协同故障隔离技术。制定继电保护与配电自动化相配合的配电网故障处理策略,并分析故障处理的过程。主干线路故障,继电保护在规定的时间动作后,配电自动化对其进一步优化、纠正,使故障隔离在最小范围;分支线路故障,继电保护即可完成,两者互不影响。经静态模拟系统测试表明,继电保护与配电自动化协同故障隔离方案具有可行性,可在更短时间内隔离故障区域,显著提高供电可靠性。
The coordinated fault isolation technique for relay protection and distribution automation was proposed to improve the ability of fault handling in distribution networks.A distribution network fault handling strategy that cooperates with relay protection and distribution automation is developed.Analysis is carried out to evaluate the process of fault handling.After the main line fails,the relay protection is further optimized and corrected after the specified time to isolated the fault in a minimum area. In case that the branch line faulty,the relay protection can be completed without affecting each other.The static simulation system test shows that the relay protection and distribution automation collaborative fault isolation scheme is feasible,which can isolate the fault area in a shorter time and significantly improve the reliability of power supply.
