摘要
为进一步推动工程机械智能化施工进程,选取反铲液压挖掘机进行工程机械智能施工系统研究。首先,在挖掘机上安装MEMS倾角仪与GNSS定位定向装置,实现挖掘机动作、工作位置的实时监测;然后,提出铲齿三维坐标的推算算法,使用SolidWorks和3DMax软件对挖掘机建模并在Qt+OpenGL环境下实现模型显示;最后,利用CAN总线实时传输监测数据,实现施工现场挖掘机动作与模型动作同步。经过实车测试,智能施工系统满足工程机械施工精度要求。该系统将传感器技术、计算机技术与工程机械相结合,改变传统工程机械的施工方式,优化施工流程,加快工程机械的智能施工进程。
In order to further promote the progress of engineering machinery intelligent construction,the backhoe hydraulic excavator was selected for the research of intelligent construction system of engineering machinery.Firstly,the MEMS inclinometer and GNSS positioning & orientation device were installed on the excavator,which realizing the real-time monitoring of the motion and position of the excavator.Secondly,an algorithm for calculating the three-dimensional coordinates of the teeth was proposed,Solid Works and 3D Max software were used used to build the model of excavator,and it can be displayed in the platform of Qt + OpenGL.Finally,the data was transmitted by the CAN bus and the action in excavator model was consistent with the action at the construction field.After the test on the real vehicle,the intelligent construction system meets the requirements of construction and accuracy.The system combines engineering machinery with sensor technology and computer technology to change the construction method of traditional engineering machinery,which optimizes the construction process,accelerates the process of engineering machinery intelligent construction.
