城镇污水处理厂主要处理单元臭气释放特征与控制效果 被引量:7

摘要 选择华南地区采用生物生态耦合处理工艺的某城市污水处理厂,对其主要处理构筑物和下风向厂界点(以污水厂围墙为界限)的氨、硫化氢、总挥发性有机物(TVOC)释放浓度进行了近一年的监测。结果表明,从构筑物看,细格栅间的臭气释放浓度最高,而储泥池与污泥脱水间的浓度较低,生化池对臭气的控制起了关键作用。从恶臭物质组成看,氨的释放总浓度占比最高,除预处理区以硫化氢释放为主外,其他区域均为氨的释放浓度最大;而生化处理区对硫化氢的控制效果最好。从时间上看,以月份为尺度时,氨与硫化氢的释放浓度基本随进水水温升高而升高,而影响TVOC释放的因素暂不明确;以小时为尺度时,臭气的释放与居民的集中用水活动相关。生物生态耦合处理工艺有效地减少了恶臭物质从污水、污泥中的释放,同时,生化池盖板对臭气扩散的阻断作用较好。因此,生化池从恶臭源与散发途径两方面同时降低了臭气浓度,且下风向的厂界氨与硫化氢的浓度远低于《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554—1993)中规定的1.50mg/m^3与0.06mg/m^3。 A municipal wastewater treatment plant using bio-ecological coupled processing in Southern China area was selected, and its release concentration of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) in main treatment building and on the plant boundary(taking the wall as the boundary) were monitored for nearly a year. Results showed, in the aspect of structures, the concentration of odor gas emitted from fine screens room was the highest while the concentration of sludge tank and sludge dewatering room were low. Biochemical reaction tank played a key role in controlling the odor. In the aspect of odor composition, the proportion of ammonia concentration was the highest. The concentration of ammonia was the largest in the other regions except for the main emission of hydrogen sulfide in the pretreated area. The biochemical treatment area had the best control effect on hydrogen sulfide. In the aspect of time, based on the scale of months, the emission concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide increased with the increase of influent temperature, but the factors that affected the release of TVOC were not clear. Based on the scale of hour, the emission of odor gas was related to residents’ water consumption. Bio-ecological coupled processing effectively reduced the release of odorous substances from sewage and sludge. Meantime, blocking effect of the cover on biochemical tank for odor diffusion was good. Therefore, biochemical reaction tank reduced the concentration of odor gas from two aspects, which were odor source and emission route. And the concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide on downwind plant boundary was far below than 1.50 mg/m^ 3 and 0.06 mg/m ^3 prescribed in Emission Standards For Odor Pollutants (GB 14554-1993).
