摘要
基于归因理论和感知风险理论,采用情景模拟实验验证了信任违背对企业劳资冲突的影响,同时探讨了不同类型信任修复策略在这一过程中的调节作用。研究结果表明:信任违背是企业劳资冲突的重要引发因素;相比于能力型信任违背来说,正直型信任违背对企业劳资冲突的影响更显著。信任修复策略能够有效缓解或化解信任违背对劳资冲突的影响:在能力型信任违背下,展示型修复策略具有更好的修复效果;而在正直型信任违背下,约束型修复策略的功效更强。
Based on attribution theory and perceived risk theory, the scenario simulation experiment is used to verify the impact of trust violation on labor conflicts. At the same time, the role of different types of trust repair strategies in this process is discussed. The research results show that: trust violation is an important trigger for labor conflicts;compared with capacity-based trust violations, the impact of integrity trust violations on corporate labor conflicts is more significant. The trust repair strategy can effectively alleviate or resolve the impact of trust violation on labor conflict: under the type of trust violation, the display repair strategy has better repair effect;and under the integrity trust violation, the constrained repair strategy is more effective.
