摘要
[目的/意义]在全球技术竞争格局下,通过对竞争者发展态势的研究,进行技术机会实现路径的分析,为我国政府机构及企业部门制定差异化发展策略,实现技术提升的最大化提供参考。[方法/过程]以PCT申请为研究对象,首先利用Netdraw构建专利技术近5年的引文网络,进行技术机会识别,进而构建技术评估指标体系遴选国际范围内技术竞争力排名TOP5,同时分析其在所选技术领域发展态势,最后分析所选技术机会的类型及实现路径。[结果/结论]以生物制药产业为研究样本进行实证分析,在所选技术领域中,A61K39和C07K16属"引进为主"类,美国是最佳的引进对象;A61K38、C12Q1、C12N15和C07K14属"研发为主"类,其中,法国可作为C12Q1领域的合作研发对象,日本是其余3个技术领域合作研发的最佳候选者。
[Purpose/Significance]Under the present global technological competition pattern, the analysis of the path of technological opportunity realization through the research on the development trend of competitors provides reference for the development of differentiated development strategies and the realization of the maximization of technological upgrading for government agencies and enterprises in China.[Method/Process]Taking PCT application as the research object, we first use Netdraw to construct a citation network of patent technology for the recent 5 years to identify technology opportunities, then build a technology evaluation index system to select the top TOP 5 of technical competitiveness in an international scope and analyze its development in the selected technology areas, and finally analyze the types and implementation paths of selected technology opportunities.[Result/Conclusion]The biopharmaceutical industry was used as a research sample for empirical analysis. Among the selected technical fields, A61 K39 and C07 K16 belong to the category of "introduction-oriented", and the United States is the best introduction target;A61 K38, C12 Q1, C12 N15 and C07 K14 fall into "R&D-based" category, in which France could be a cooperative research and development object in the field of C12 Q1, Japan is the best candidate for cooperative research and development in the remaining three technical fields.
