摘要
介绍了选煤厂粉尘的危害及扩散机理,论述了近年推行的干雾(雾滴直径小于10μm)抑尘技术的基本原理、系统构成及技术特点;重点介绍了该技术在红沙泉大型动力煤选煤厂的设计安装和应用效果,降尘效率达到96%。
This paper introduces the hazard and diffusion mechanism of dust in coal preparation plant,and discusses the basic principle,system composition and technical characteristics of dry mist dust suppression technology (dry mist is the water droplet with diameter less than 10 μm ) developed in recent years. The engineering,installation and application effect about this technology is mainly introduced in Hongshaquan Coal Preparation Plant which is a large thermal coal preparation plant. The dust reduction efficiency is up to 96%.
