摘要
为贯彻落实江苏省建筑业改革发展工作会议精神,推动建筑施工安全监管标准化、信息化、智能化,在南京市开展数字工地智慧安监试点建设。按照《数字工地智慧安监试点建设实施方案》要求,南京市共推荐申报参加试点建设项目66个,经方案论证、专家评审和现场踏勘等环节,最终确定了试点项目24个。试点项目利用互联网、大数据、云计算等先进技术进行施工现场安全监管,通过试点项目总结经验,示范引领全省13个设区市推广应用,不断加强企业主体责任落实,提高施工企业现场信息化管理水平,力求在2020年全省所有政府投资工程智慧安监全覆盖。
In order to implement the spirit of the construction industry reform and development work conference in Jiangsu Province and promote the standardization,informationization and intelligence of building construction safety supervision,we have carried out pilot construction of digital site smart security supervision in Nanjing. In accordance with the requirements of the Digital Site Smart Safety Supervision Pilot Construction Implementation Plan,Nanjing City recommended a total of 66 pilot construction projects. After the project demonstration,expert review and on-site reconnaissance,24 pilot projects were finalized. The pilot project uses the advanced technologies of the Internet,big data,cloud computing and other advanced technologies to carry out construction site safety supervision. Through the pilot project to sum up experience,the demonstration will lead the promotion and application of 13 districts and cities in the province,continuously strengthen the implementation of the main responsibility of enterprises,and improve the on-site informationization of construction enterprises. The management level is to ensure full coverage of all government investment projects in the province by 2020.
