摘要
本文以新疆准东煤为实验原煤,利用热重红外连用设备进行程序升温热解实验,根据TG、DTG及吸光度曲线分析不同含量碳酸钠添加剂对准东煤热解的影响。结果表明:2wt%、5wt%和10wt%三种添加量下,利用机械混合法,在40~800℃间失重量随碳酸钠添加量的增加而增大,CH4、CO2、CO的析出伴随准东煤整个热解过程,CH4、CO2大量产生于热解的第二阶段,CO主要在热解第三阶段形成。
In this paper,Zhundong coal in Xinjiang was used as raw coal for experiment.The temperature programmed pyrolysis experiment was carried out with thermogravimetric infrared equipment.According to the curves of TG,DTG and absorbance,the effects of different content of Na2CO3 additives during the pyrolysis of Zhundong coal were analyzed.The results show that the weight loss increases with the increase of the content of Na2CO3 in 40~800 ℃ using mechanical mixing method at 2 wt%,5 wt% and 10 wt%,the peak value of weight loss rate increases with the increase of the content of Na2CO3,and the precipitation of CH4, CO2 and CO accompanies the whole pyrolysis process of Zhundong coal,CH4 and CO2 are produced in large quantities in the second stage of pyrolysis,while CO is mainly formed in the third stage of pyrolysis.
