对大学生抑郁倾向者实施不同运动训练干预的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用访谈与实验研究方法,对按照自由自愿原则分别进入不同体育俱乐部训练的54名具有抑郁倾向的大学生,进行体育训练前、训练2周、4周、6周、8周后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)测定,并做抑郁特异性症状访谈。所有受试者在各俱乐部训练8周后的(SDS)评分与训练前比较,差异均具有显著的统计学意义(t=4. 54,P <0. 01;t=5. 21,P <0. 05;t=4. 19,P <0. 01;t=5. 11,P <0. 001;t=5. 72,P <0. 01),表现出与访谈一致的干预效果。通过研究不同运动训练方式对改善大学生抑郁倾向的干预效果是不同的,参加具有集体活动性质的中至重度的体育训练对改善抑郁倾向是有利的,体育训练作为改善抑郁倾向的非药物手段对于大学生是可行的。 In this study,54 college students with depressive tendencies who were trained in different sports clubs according to the principle of free will were measured on the self-rating scale of depression( SDS) before and after physical training,2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks,and the specific symptoms of depression were interviewed. All subjects’ SDS scores after 8 weeks of training in various clubs were compared with those before training,and the differences were statistically significant( t = 4. 54,P < 0. 01). T = 5. 21,P < 0. 05;T =4. 19,P < 0. 01;T = 5. 11,P < 0. 001;T = 5. 72,P < 0. 01),showing the intervention effect consistent with the interview. The intervention effect of different exercise training methods on improving depressive tendency of college students is different. It is beneficial to participate in moderate to severe physical training with the nature of collective activities to improve depressive tendency. Physical training as a non-drug way to improve depressive tendency is feasible for college students.
