模糊需求条件下物流中心农产品供应链协调 被引量:5

摘要 传统方法没有考虑销售商需求的模糊性,且只以供应链其中一方的利益为核心建立物流中心农产品供应链,无法保证供应链各方利润最大化。为此,提出一种新的模糊需求条件下物流中心农产品供应链协调方法。在集中决策下,供应商与销售商按照农产品市场模糊需求与销售商以自身利益为核心完成独立决策。通过分段线性形式表示销售商利润函数,建立供应商期望利润函数。在进行协调的过程中,把集中供应链决策结果当成分散决策模型协调的依据,对供应链双方承担风险进行研究,获取价格契约、滞销补贴契约、成本分担契约,实现供应链协调,使整个农产品供应链利润达到最高。实验结果表明,所提方法能够使物流中心各方利润增加。 The traditional method does not take into account the fuzziness of the seller’s demand,and only takes the interests of one of the supply chain as the core to establish the logistics center agricultural supply chain,which can not guarantee the maximization of the profit of all parties in the supply chain. To solve this problem,a new supply chain coordination method for logistics centers under fuzzy demand was proposed. Under decentralized decision making mode,suppliers and sellers accomplished their independent decisions at the core of their own interests. The profit function of seller was represented by piecewise linear form,and the expected profit function of supplier was established. In the process of coordination,the decision results of centralized supply chain were regarded as the basis for the coordination of the decentralized decision model. The risk of the two sides of the supply chain was studied. The price contract,the unsalable subsidy contract,the cost sharing contract were obtained,and the supply chain coordination was realized so that the entire agricultural product can reach the highest profit. The experimental results show that the proposed method can increase the profit of logistics centers.
