摘要
目的探究美容缝合技术在颌面部创伤中的应用价值。方法回顾性选取我院86例颌面部创伤的患者作为研究对象,将采用常规缝合技术治疗的患者纳入对照组,采用美容缝合技术治疗的患者纳入观察组,每组43例。比较两组治疗后的颌面创伤治疗满意度、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的各项颌面创伤治疗满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的心理功能、躯体功能及社会功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美容缝合技术在颌面部创伤的治疗中能提高患者的恢复效果及生活质量,降低患者不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the application value of cosmetic suture technique in maxillofacial trauma. Methods Eighty-six patients with maxillofacial trauma in our hospital were selected retrospectively as the study objects. The patients who treated with conventional suture technique were enrolled into control group, while the patients who treated with cosmetic suture technique were enrolled into the observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The satisfaction with treatment of maxillofacial trauma, quality of life scores and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of satisfaction with treatment of maxillofacial trauma in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the psychological function,physical function and social function scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of maxillofacial trauma, cosmetic suture technology can significantly improve the recovery effect and the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
