摘要
目的探讨心理护理对康复期精神分裂症患者抑郁及焦虑的影响。方法将我院收治的68例康复期精神分裂症患者依照单盲随机法分为参照组(常规护理)与研究组(常规护理+心理护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的SDS、SAS评分均降低,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05);两组患者WCST各指标均明显改善,且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05);两组患者的Herth评分均明显升高,且研究组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果显著,不仅可改善其认识功能,缓解抑郁及焦虑情绪,还可以帮助患者积极面对未来生活。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on depression and anxiety in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period. Methods A total of 68 patients of schizophrenia during rehabilitation period admitted in our hospital were divided into reference group(routine nursing) and research group(routine nursing +psychological nursing) according to single blind random method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in both groups decreased, and those in the research group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05);the indexes of WCST in both groups significantly improved, and those in the research group were better than the reference group(P <0.05);the scores of Herth in the two groups significantly increased, and those in the research group were higher than the reference group(P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing has a significant application effect in patients with schizophrenic during rehabilitation period. It can not only improve their cognitive function, alleviate depression and anxiety emotion, but also help patients face future life positively.
