摘要
建筑工程项目的建设施工工作,在现阶段人们对其需求量越来越大的背景下成为了我国经济发展和社会进步的一个主要标志,作为在建设施工过程中会产生一定的污染和建筑垃圾的项目类型来讲,实现绿色建筑和绿色施工,是建筑工程项目面临解决的一个重要的问题。一方面,这是我国宏观上可持续发展的基本国策要求。另一方面,从建筑工程项目自身的角度来说,应用绿色环保的建筑材料和技术,不仅可提高施工效率和质量,同时也能达到节约项目建设成本的目的,本文重点对建筑工程项目的施工现状进行粉刺,通过发现其中蕴含的问题和机遇,为其未来的建设和发展明确方向。
The construction and construction work of construction projects has become a major indicator of China's economic development and social progress in the context of increasing demand for the construction projects, as a certain pollution will occur during the construction process. In terms of the type of construction waste,the realization of green buildings and green construction is an important issue facing the construction project. On the one hand, this is the basic national policy requirement for sustainable development in China.
