摘要
大田条件下,研究了来自花生主产区36个品种的品质指标变异特点,并根据产量和品质指标表现对品种进行了分类。结果表明:①不同品种脂肪含量为50.0%~55.4%,平均52.6%;蛋白质含量22.3%~27.2%,平均24.2%;油酸含量40.8%~56.1%,平均46.5%;亚油酸含量22.0%~36.7%,平均31.8%;油酸与亚油酸含量比值(O/L)1.13~2.55,平均1.50。②蛋白质含量与产量、脂肪含量均呈极显著负相关,花生品质育种要突出专用,需同时打破产量与蛋白质含量相悖的遗传连锁。③筛选出花育33号等8个高产高油型品种、天府20等6个高产高蛋白型品种。今后花生育种应紧紧围绕产业需求,实现产量与品质的协同提高。
Under the field conditions, the quality variation characteristics of 36 varieties from the main peanut production areas were studied, and the varieties were classified according to the yield and quality performance. The results showed that:(1) The fat content of different varieties was 50.0%~55.4% with the mean as 52.6%, the protein content was 22.3%~27.2% with the mean as 24.2%, the oleic acid content was 40.8%~56.1% with the mean as 46.5%, the linoleic acid content was 22.0%~36.7% with the mean as 31.8%, and the ratio(O/L) of oleic acid to linoleic acid content was 1.13~2.55 with the mean as 1.50.(2) There was significant negative correlation between protein content and yield and fat content. Peanut quality breeding should be specialized and the genetic linkage should be broken between yield and protein content.(3) Eight high-yield and high-oil varieties such as Huayu 33 and six high-yield and high-protein varieties such as Tianfu 20 were screened out. In the future, peanut breeding should focus on industrial demand and achieved synergistic improvement in yield and quality.
