摘要
随着城市化进程的推进和城市经济的快速发展,旧工业区不再能满足城市发展的需求,而且在城市扩张的过程中旧工业逐渐纳入到城市新区的范围内。对于这些建筑的处理,简单拆除的做法显然有些浪费资源,无益于社会问题的解决。旧工业区急需通过改造来适应社会的需求,以崭新的姿态融入城市环境中。世界各地都掀起了旧工业去改造的热潮,近年来我国的旧工业建筑改造已经在除北京、上海等大城市外全国各个城市兴起。上海是中国近代的对外的窗口,旧工业基础深厚,旧工业建筑居多。遗存下来的旧工业建筑蕴藏的实体利用价值、历史价值和美学价值,对其改造的设计方法的研究具有普遍的现实意义。上海旧工业建筑改造研究集历史价值、社会价值、现代新技术价值于一体,既能感受到怀旧,又能体现现代艺术家的苦心孤诣,这种观念正在带动一种全新的区域环境形成,并成为上海建设中具有艺术特色的一个新的亮点。本文先叙述了旧工业建筑的改造的理论,国内外研究现状,上海发展现状,再从上海发展现状中找出旧工业建筑改造的设计理念、模式,与经济、人文、社会等方面的关系等,找出可供其他城市借鉴的东西。
With the advancement of urbanization and the rapid development of urban economy, the old industrial zone can no longer meet the needs of urban development, and in the process of urban expansion, the old industry is gradually brought into the scope of the new urban area. For the treatment of these buildings,simple demolition is obviously a waste of resources, not conducive to the solution of social problems. It is urgent for the old industrial areas to adapt to the needs of the society and integrate into the urban environment in a new way. In recent years, the reconstruction of old industrial buildings in China has been springing up all over the country except Beijing, Shanghai and other big cities. Shanghai was the window to the outside world in modern China. The research on the design method of the transformation of the old industrial buildings is of universal practical significance because of their substantial use value, historical value and aesthetic value. The research on the transformation of old industrial buildings in Shanghai integrates historical value, social value and modern new technical value, which can not only feel the nostalgia, but also reflect the painstaking and refined attainments of modern artists. This concept is driving the formation of a new regional environment, and has become a new highlight with artistic characteristics in the construction of Shanghai. This paper first describes the theory of the transformation of old industrial buildings, the research status at home and abroad, the development status of Shanghai, and then find out the design concept and model of the transformation of old industrial buildings from the development status of Shanghai, and the relationship with economy, humanities, society and other aspects, to find out what can be used for reference by other cities.
