摘要
通过化验聚驱返排液成分来分析有机垢成因,采用不同组分、浓度的溶蚀剂的室内实验来优选溶蚀剂类型和复配比,确定最佳配方。实验表明:注聚过程中,聚合物从注入井注入地层后,虽经多次剪切,但仍具有较长的分子链,聚合物分子的吸附作用会影响有机成分堆积在孔喉部分成垢,造成地层孔隙堵塞;1.5%SM6-3+1.0%PSOI-1有机垢溶蚀剂类型及配比最佳,有机垢清除率为95.08%。
The origin of organic scale was analyzed by testing the composition of polymer flooding backflow fluid, and the optimum formulation of the dissolvent for the organic scale was determinedby laboratory experiments. It is pointed out that in the process of polymer flooding, although the polymer has been sheared many times, it still has a long molecular chain. The adsorption of polymer molecules will affect the accumulation of organic components in the pore throat, resulting in formation pore plugging. The optimum formulation of the dissolving agent for the organic scale is 1.5%SM6-3+1.0%PSOI-1, and its organic scale removal rate is 95.08%.
