摘要
随着建筑市场的发展和企业竞争的加剧,工程项目精细化管理成为必然趋势。此文根据工程项目管理特点,提出工程项目成本精细化管理的思路和方法。本着"方案决定成本"的理念,融合全面预算管理思路,从施工方案精准化入手,通过优化资源配置、规范作业标准,细化成本预算和统计核算等途径,强化过程管控,并对突出的重点偏差进行分析,查找根本原因,针对性地制定整改措施,落实整改责任,以提高生产效率,从而有效降低工程成本,实现项目管理水平和经济效益的持续提升。
With the development of construction market and the intensification of enterprise competition,the delicacy management of engineering projects has become an inevitable trend. According to the characteristics of engineering project management,the idea and method of engineering project cost delicacy management is put forward. Based to the concept of " scheme determines cost",the idea of comprehensive budget management should be integrated from construction plan accuracy. The process control should be strengthed by optimizing resource allocation, standardizing operation standards,refining cost budget and statistical accounting,etc. And the prominent key deviation should be analyzed,the root cause should be found, the targeted corrective measures should be formulated, and the rectification responsibility should be implemented. In this way, the production efficiency can be improved,and the project cost can be effectively reduced,and the project management level and economic benefits can be continuously improved.
