摘要
目的探讨肠道手术后应用中药保留灌肠的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2018年9月我院收治的100例肠道手术后患者随机分为两组各50例。对照组给予常规胃肠减压、禁食等治疗措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药保留灌肠。比较两组的临床疗效、肠功能相关指标、胃泌素水平、不良反应情况。结果观察组的总有效率为94.0%,高于对照组的74.0%(P <0.05)。观察组的肠功能相关指标显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。术后12 h、 24 h,观察组的胃泌素水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为0.0%,低于对照组的12.0%(P <0.05)。结论肠道手术后应用中药保留灌肠的效果较好,患者的肠功能恢复较快,胃泌素水平较高,不良反应发生率较低,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema after intestinal operation. Methods 100 cases of patients with intestinal operation in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine gastrointestinal decompression, fasting and other treatment measures, while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect, related indicators of intestinal function, gastrin level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%, higher than 74.0% of the control group(P<0.05). The related indicators of intestinal function of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). 12 h and 24 h after operation, the gastrin levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 0.0%, lower than 12.0% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema after intestinal operation has better effect, with faster recovery of intestinal function, higher gastrin level and lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
