摘要
目的探讨不同病程对水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者临床疗效的影响。方法选择2015年8月至2018年6月我院收治的160例水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者,根据病程分为短病程组、中病程组、中长病程组和长病程组,各40例。四组患者均由同一名医生进行李氏复位法治疗。对比四组患者的临床疗效。结果短病程组(100.00%)和中长病程组(100.00%)的治疗总有效率最高,但与中病程组和长病程组的97.50%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。短病程组的治愈率分别为82.50%,显著高于中长病程组的60.00%和长病程组的52.50%(P <0.05)。结论病程对水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者的总体临床疗效无明显影响,但是随病程延长,治愈率下降。
Objective To explore the influence of disease courses on clinical efficacy of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo of horizontal semicircular canal. Methods 160 cases of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo of horizontal semicircular canal admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to June 2018 were selected and divided into short course group, medium course group,medium-long course group and long course group according to the disease courses, with 40 cases in each group. Four groups were treated with Li’s reduction by the same doctor. The clinical efficacy of the four groups was compared. Results The short course group(100.00%)and medium-long course group(100.00%) had the highest total effective rate of treatment, but had no statistical difference with 97.50% of the medium course group and long course group(P >0.05). The cure rate of short course group was 82.50%, significantly higher than 60.00%of the medium-long course group and 52.50% of the long course group(P<0.05). Conclusions The disease course has no significant influence on the overall clinical efficacy of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo of horizontal semicircular canal, but the cure rate decreases with the prolongation of the disease course.
