摘要
为研究不同气氛下煤灰中铁含量对灰熔融特性的影响规律,配制相应模拟气氛进行灰熔融温度测试,测试气氛包括国标封碳法、燃煤锅炉氧化性模拟气氛和燃煤锅炉强还原性模拟气氛。以某电厂常用神混烟煤作为研究对象的试验结果表明:不同气氛下的该类型烟煤灰熔融特性有较大差异,而差异性与灰成分中氧化铁的含量有较大关系,随着氧化铁含量升高,强还原性气氛下熔融温度下降明显,而氧化性气氛下灰熔融温度有所升高。经数据拟合得出氧化性气氛与还原性气氛神混烟煤类煤灰软化温度差值与灰中氧化铁含量的函数关系:y=-0.1109x^2+12.84x-43,可将其作为对灰熔融温度常规预测模型的补充。
In order to study the influence of iron content in coal ash on ash melting characteristics under different atmospheres,corresponding simulated test atmospheres were formulated to test the ash melting point,the test atmospheres included national standard carbon sealing method,oxidation atmosphere and strong reduction atmosphere of coal combustion boiler.Taking the Shen bituminous coal in one power plant as the research target,the results showed that:the ash fusion characteristics under different atmospheres has big difference,and the difference has big relationship with the iron oxide in coal ash,with the increase of iron oxide content,the ash melting temperature in strong reducing atmosphere decreases obviously,while the ash melting point increases in oxidizing atmosphere.Through the data fitting,under the oxidation atmosphere and reduction atmosphere,the soften temperature difference and iron oxide content in ash for coal ash of Shen bituminous coal type has functional relationship as follows:y=-0.110 9 x^2+12.84 x-43,it could be used as the supplement for common prediction model of ash melting temperature.
