摘要
目的研究小儿腹泻病采取复方嗜酸乳杆菌片+蒙脱石散治疗的价值。方法选择我院2015年6月~2018年8月纳入的60例小儿腹泻病患儿,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。研究组采取复方嗜酸乳杆菌片+蒙脱石散治疗,对照组采取蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组的治疗结果。结果研究组呕吐、腹痛、发热消失、脱水纠正及大便外观恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率为6.67%,与对照组的13.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌片+蒙脱石散用于小儿腹泻治疗效果明显,可缩短治疗时间,消除相关症状,增强治疗效果,避免不良反应产生,安全性高。
Objective To study the value of Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets+Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children. Methods Sixty children with pediatric diarrhea admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to August 2018 were selected. They were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group. The study group was given Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets+Montmorillonite Powder. The control group was given Montmorillonite Powder alone. The treatment results of the two groups were compared. Results The time of disappearance of vomiting,abdominal pain and fever in the study group,as well as the time of dehydration correction,and the recovery of stool appearance were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%,P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%,and there was no significant difference compared with the 13.33% in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets+Montmorillonite Powder is effective in the treatment of diarrhea in children,which can shorten the treatment time,promote the disappearance of related symptoms,enhance the therapeutic effect,avoid adverse reactions,and have high safety.
