摘要 基于Ackerman转向模型构建应用于电动客车的双轮边电机驱动电子差速控制系统,并在Simulink中搭建控制模型。利用TruckSim仿真软件构建整车模型,并与Simulink控制系统进行联合仿真。在一辆12m电动公交车上对控制模型进行了测试。仿真及实车试验表明,双轮边电机驱动的电动客车运行平稳,可有效减小轮胎磨损,避免驱动轮打滑。 A differential steering control system based on Ackerman steering model and used on the electrical bus with dual wheel-side motors is built in Simulink. The TruckSim simulation software is used to construct the bus model and simulate with the control system built on Simulink. The control system is tested on a 12m electrical bus. Simulation as well as experiment data indicates that the dual wheel-side motors bus can be driven stationary. Furthermore, tire abrasion is decreased effectively and driving wheel slip can be significantly avoided.
