摘要
为弥补新时代我国图书馆员职业成长量表编制及应用实践研究的不足,文章采用访谈、小组座谈、开放式问卷调查等实证研究方法,识别我国图书馆员职业成长结构维度与构成要素,编制初始调查问卷。研究表明,我国图书馆员职业成长可分为职业能力发展和职业回报增长两个测量维度,职称晋升是结构维度中的首要因素。未来将以该研究为基础,预试和检验初始调查问卷,根据统计结果修正和完善该问卷,以期形成正式量表。
Aiming to make up for the deficiency in the establishment and application of the professional growth scale of librarians in China in the new era, the paper identifies the structural dimensions and components of the professional growth of librarians in China and compiles the initial questionnaire by using the empirical research methods of interview, focus group and open questionnaire. The result shows that the professional growth of librarians in China can be divided into two measurement dimensions: the development of professional ability and the growth of professional return. It also clarifies that professional title promotion is the key issue of the structural dimension. Based on this study, the initial questionnaire will be pretested and tested in the future, and the questionnaire will be revised and improved according to the statistical results, so as to form a formal scale.
