摘要
在既有厂房内部净空、净距较小,常见的围护桩施工机械高度难以满足要求,但通过树根桩与高压旋喷桩组合,能有效解决空间受限的问题。文章以低净空厂房内树根桩基围护设计为例,分析该基坑围护的作用机理、设计方法和施工要点,并结合基坑开挖过程中的变形监测结果,论证该室内复杂环境下实施"树根桩+旋喷桩"的基坑围护设计的可行性及经济绿色环保。
The clearance and the net distance are small inside the existing factory building, and the height of the common retaining pile construction machinery is difficult to meet the requirements. But by combining the root pile with the high-pressure jet grouting pile, the problem of space limitation can be solved effectively. The article taking the design of the root pile foundation pit in the low clearance plant as an example, the mechanism, design method and construction points of the excavation engineering are analyzed, and deformation monitoring results during excavation of foundation pit are considered as well. Finally, the feasibility and economic green environmental protection are demonstrated, in the foundation pit design of the "root pile & jet grouting pile" within the complex environment.
