摘要 结合具体工程实际,在分析井下回采粉尘现状和粉尘产生原因的基础上,从煤层注水、采煤机外置高压喷雾除尘装置、支架移架降柱自喷雾、支架前梁增设拦截降尘水幕、转载点喷雾和防尘罩粉尘防治六个方面对粉尘的防治工作开展综合分析。实践表明,粉尘综合防治措施实现了对作业面粉尘的有效控制,保障了生产作业安全。 Combined with the actual engineering practice, based on the analysis of the current situation and the cause of dust production in underground mining, this paper comprehensively analyzed the dust prevention and control work from the six aspects of coal seam water injection, shearer external high pressure spray dust removal device, support frame shifting column drop spray,bracket front beam addition interception dust fall water curtain, transfer point spray and dust control with dust guard. Practice showed that the comprehensive dust control measures could effectively control the dust on the working face and ensure the safety of production and operation.
