矿井采煤机截割煤体过程的数值模拟研究

摘要 对采煤机截割煤体过程进行了系统地数值模拟研究,建立了煤体以及采煤机与煤体相互作用的本构模型,得到了滚筒转动速率和采煤机牵引速率对滚筒受力特征的影响规律结果,认为在保证开采效率的情况下,可以适当增大滚筒转动速率,同时降低牵引速率。此研究结果可为采煤机截割的稳定性的研究奠定基础。 Systematic numerical simulation of coal cutting process of shearer is carried out,and the constitutive model of coal mass and the interaction between coal shearer and coal body is established.The effects of roller rotation rate and shearer traction rate on the force characteristics of the drum are obtained.It is considered that under the condition of ensuring mining efficiency,the rotation rate of the drum can be increased properly and the traction rate can be reduced at the same time.The results of this study can lay a foundation for the study of the stability of shearer cutting.
