摘要
【目的】通过分子标记辅助选择培育兼抗褐飞虱和稻瘟病的水稻新恢复系,为杂交水稻抗病虫害育种提供新的种质资源。【方法】利用常规回交育种、分子标记辅助选择和抗病虫鉴定相结合的手段,将广谱高抗稻瘟病基因Pi9导入携带抗稻褐飞虱基因Bph14和Bph15的优良恢复系桂恢1561中。【结果】在BC2F3中检测到17个株系聚合了Bph14、Bph15和Pi9的纯合基因,其中GH18-1、GH18-7、GH18-10和GH18-18等4个株系农艺性状与轮回亲本桂恢1561相似,褐飞虱及稻瘟病抗性均达到抗级水平。【结论】通过常规的回交选育、分子标记和抗性鉴定相结合的方法,筛选获得4份聚合了褐飞虱抗性基因(Bph14、Bph15)和抗稻瘟病基因Pi9的抗性水稻中间材料,为选育新的双抗病虫害水稻恢复系提供种质资源。
【Objective】In order to provide new germplasm resources for disease and pest resistance breeding of hybrid rice, new rice restorer lines with resistance to brown planthopper and rice blast were selected by molecular marker-assisted selection.【Method】By means of conventional backcross breeding, marker-assisted selection and identification of disease and insect resistance, the broad-spectrum high blast resistance gene Pi 9 was introduced into Guihui 1561, a restorer line carrying rice brown planthopper resistance genes Bph 14 and Bph 15 .【Result】Homozygous genes of Bph 14 , Bph 15 and Pi 9 were detected in 17 lines of BC 2F 3. The agronomic traits of four lines, GH18-1, GH18-7, GH18-10 and GH18-18 were similar to those of recurrent parent Guihui 1561. The resistance of brown planthopper and rice blast reached the resistance level.【Conclusion】Four intermediate materials of rice with brown planthopper resistance genes ( Bph 14 , Bph 15 ) and blast resistance gene Pi 9 were screened and obtained by routine backcross breeding, molecular markers and resistance identification. This study provided germplasm resources for breeding new restorer lines of rice with double resistance to diseases and insect pests.
